Buffet stands made in collaboration with and commissioned by Grefsenkollen restaurant. Plateau facilitates the presentation of dishes in a buffet setting. At the same time, Plateau incorporates the outdated tableware the restaurant cherishes, bringing pieces of history back into the restaurant.
